Emma, Single Mum

Before joining, my main focus was finding a way to spend more time with my children without constantly worrying about work. As a single mum, flexibility wasn’t a “nice to have” – it was essential. I’d tried roles that promised balance before, but they usually came with rigid hours or added stress that cancelled out the benefits.

When I first spoke to Olga, what stood out was how honest and calm she was. There was no pressure to sign up and no unrealistic promises. She took the time to explain how the travel industry works, how commission is built into bookings, and what the process actually looks like day to day. That clarity helped me feel confident about taking the next step.

I had no background in travel, and at the start I worried I wouldn’t be capable or knowledgeable enough. Olga’s step-by-step guidance made everything feel manageable. She was always available to answer questions and never made me feel silly for asking them. Knowing I wasn’t doing this alone made a huge difference.

As I started learning and building confidence, I realised I could work around school hours and family life rather than the other way around. I could choose when to focus on the business and when to fully switch off and be present with my kids. That balance was something I hadn’t had in years.

What I value most is that this fits into my life naturally. I’m building something at my own pace, with support, and without sacrificing time with my children. It finally feels like I’m moving forward without having to choose between being a mum and building a future.
